Her designations cover the fields of Financial Planning, Insurance Brokerage, and Public Accounting. She has a certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation; she is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) and also has a Chartered Insurance Broker designation. She also has the Registered Public Accountant (RPA) designation.

Currently, she is the Chairman of Alpha Oasis Inc. and a Financial Planner. She also provides accounting and tax preparation and consulting services through Padgett Business Services.

She has been recognized as a top producer in the insurance industry, having won awards for twelve consecutive with Industrial Alliance Insurance & Financial Services Inc.
